The Goal
Our primary goal will be to build a first to market platform that allows IT Professionals an opportunity to connect with consumers in a brand new, yet simple way. By utilizing existing mobile platform languages, we can leverage those technologies to build a first of its kind social platform that will transform the way consumers request support for differing IT Technologies.
the what
We will greet each customer with an intuitive AI front end that will sort and identify their primary needs, and connect them with an experienced Techspert to help them resolve their issue in real time, or schedule an onsite visit at their earliest convenience (if applicable).
We will vet each Techspert candidate with a thorough screening process, via questionnaires, scenario-based exercises, background checks, and an option to upload (and verify) any technical certifications they hold.
We will build a Trusted rating system, that will allow customers to rate their Techsperts on a 5-Star scale, along with providing an optional message justifying their rating. This will allow other potential customers insight and confidence that the person they are engaging with is trusted to do the job right the first time.

We will invest heavily in AI & Automation. If there is an opportunity to eliminate clicks for a customer, we will do it. We do not have to reinvent the “App Wheel”, but we will transform the IT Support industry.
